We did 2 flights:
The first one was without before we did compass calibration, we got the Error compass variance in the auto-take off and during the flight and also the message Bad compass health.
After the landing, we did compass calibration and we got the message on the auto-take off: Error POS Horiz variance.
and also the Error Compass variance and bad compass health messages all the time. We were not able to find the error nor to fix it.Here are the files from the Pixhawk and the mission planner:
